DAY 1 - ARRIVAL IN KAMPALA

Pick up from Entebbe Airport

Karibu! On arrival at Entebbe International airport, our driver will be waiting to receive you with a card board clearly labelled with team leaders/your name. After introduction He will help you with carrying your luggage “please accept that how Ugandans treat visitors” to the car and transfer you to the Hotel Depending on your arrival time, you can choose to relax at the hotel gardens, visit the Zoo or have a city tour which may include landing sites, Markets or Dine in Uganda’s finest restaurants
DAY 1- TRANSFER TO KASESE VIA MBARARA

Drive to Kasese,Mt.Rwenzori

After breakfast we prepare for a drive to the Kaseses via Kayabwe along Masaka road where you will find the core of the world and the spot where the earth is divided into two halves. Several craft shops are available at this location, perfect for shopping for souvenirs and art pieces, while the restaurants will serve you exquisite Ugandan cuisine
DAY 3-NYAKALENGIJA

Drive to Nyakalengija to Nyabitaba Hut

After breakfast drive to Nyakalengija at 1646 m, start a 5 to 6 hour hike on the Moon Mountains from here. You will ascend along rocks, cross the Mubuku as well, pass through the equatorial vegetation, where you will be able to spot blue monkeys, among others the Rwenzori Turaco. Lunch and overnight at Nyabitaba Lodge.
DAY 4-LEAVE NYABITABA HUT

Depart Nyabitaba Hut and head to John Matte hut

Enjoy breakfast and go for a9-hour walk through muddy areas with amazing views of the Mubuku River, then through the bamboo forest and later arrive at the steep rocky land leading to Nyamuleju Hut. Go along the trail and enter John Matte Hut at 3,414 m away. Here the snow-capped Margherita peak, Elena hill, and Mount Stanley peak are all great views. Dine at John Matte Restaurant, then eat.
DAY 5-BUJUKU HUT

Walk from John Matte to hut Bujuku hut

The 6 km route to Bujuku Hut is located at 3,962 m and about 5-6hours away. So you'll cross Bujuku River from John Matte Hut and slope to Bigo Bog with amazing peak views. Start with the trek passing by Lake Bujuku from where the beautiful flora of the Alpine savannah starts. Later you arrive at Bujuku Hut; you will be in a position to see the peaks of Mount Speke, Mount Stanley and Mount Baker at this point. Have dinner at the cabin, then overnight.
DAY 6-HUT ELENA HUT

After breakfast, go through the vegetation of the grounds on a 4 km path early in the morning. At Scot Elliot Pass you will climb up to 4,372 m; this is between Mount Stanley and Baker. At 4,540 m, reach Elena Hut where you'll have dinner and
DAY 7-KITANDARA HUT

Start off for the 3-hour hike from Elena and climb the last ice and rock region on Mount Stanley that takes you to Margherita Peak at 5,109m. After the experience at the top, descend via the muddy grounds of Lower and Upper Kitandara Lake, here is Kitandara Hut. Unwind and rest after dinner at Kitandara Hut.
DAY 8-NYABITABA

Kitandara Hut to Guy Yeoman, transfer to Nyabitaba

Start the 6 hours hike in the morning at 4,282 m through the Fresh Field Pass as you descend through boggy and rocky regions. Mounts Baker, Savoy and Stanley are stunning glaciers. Proceed along a muddy path that leads to rock shelters at Kabamba, Akendahi, and Bujongolo. After passing the valley of Kabamba, arrive at Guy Yeoman Hut found at 3,261 m. Surrounding this hut you can see beautiful landscapes of rivers, forests and mountains. Lunch and sleep in the hut

DAY 9-NYAKALENGIJA

From Guy Yeoman Hut to Nyakalengija

You'll depart from Guy Yeoman hut to Nyakalengija early in the morning. Experience panoramic views of flowers and plants, bamboo forests and rivers Kinchuchu and Mubuku. You will see falls of Kabamba wafer along the way. Arrive at Nyabitaba Hut in 4 hours, from there take another 40 minutes to visit Mahoma Lake, then return to the hut and descend in 2 to 3 hours to the park headquarters. You will find your guide in the base camp, waiting for you. He will take you to Queen Elizabeth and spend a night in the lodge of Mweya Safari

DAY 10- QUEEN ELIZABETH N/P

Game Drive and Boat cruise

Upon breakfast, head off for an early game drive where you can see Buffaloes, tigers, assorted Antelopes, elephants, warthogs, and diverse species of birds. Head back to the lunch lodge and go for a 2-hour boat cruise on the Kazinga channel in the afternoon; you'll see giant crocodiles, lots of hippos, buffaloes, elephants and lots of beautiful birds closely. Lunch and sleep at the safari lodge in Mweya.

DAY 11-END OF TOUR

Transfer to Kampala/Entebbe

After an early breakfast, we will now return to Kampala to catch up with your flight if it's the same day with a stop at Kayabwe Equator for nice pictures. Here an experiment is carried out to see what magic is occurring in the center of the Earth. If your flight is later that day we're driving to Entebbe Airport or your hotel if it's the next day.When required, other short trips can be arranged at an additional cost depending on the available option

The biggest attraction on a Mountain Rwenzori tour is its the vegetation and rare wildlife species.For Mountain Climbers this would be a great deal and an adventure worth trying especially in Africa since its the third Highest and just at the foothills lies two magnificent game parks filled with wildlife,craters and lakes George and Edward which gives you the rare sight of Nile Crocodiles living peacefully with others animals in the Kazinga Channel
